The Association of Women Attorneys of Lake County, better known as AWALC, was greated by women who were pioneers in the legal professions over twenty-five years ago.
The group consists of Lawyers, Judges, and other Legal professionals throughout Lake County as well as neighboring counties. The membership has increased substantially thanks to the hard work of the Board as well as the support of the current members.
AWALC has a monthly lunch meeting the first Wednesday of each month with dynamic speakers, a forum of announcements and updates as well as a networking opportunity. In addition, AWALC has a summer event, a holiday party as well as a bi-annual Seminar.
